Meet Aunt Toni
From My Family's Kitchen to Yours
Long before Aunt Toni's Kitchen became a business, food was simply how our family gathered, celebrated, and cared for one another.
“Learn How to Make Sauce”
Growing up, I spent countless hours helping my parents make homemade cavatelli and ravioli in our kitchen. As I got older and wanted to spend more time with friends, my father would often tell me:
“Learn how to make sauce.”
At the time, I didn't appreciate the lesson. Years later, I realized it was one of the greatest gifts he ever gave me.
My father owned an Italian restaurant in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and many of the values I learned there still guide me today—good food, hard work, and the importance of bringing people together around the table.
"For just a moment, I want people to forget everything else and simply enjoy the food."
The most rewarding part of cooking isn't simply serving food.
It's watching people gather around a table, celebrate holidays, mark milestones, and enjoy time together.
Some of life's most meaningful moments happen over a shared meal. Whether it's a holiday meal or a backyard celebration with friends, good food has a way of bringing people together.
My hope is to help make those moments a little easier and a little more memorable for your family, too.
From Family Tables to Center Stage
What started in my parents' kitchen eventually led to opportunities I never expected.
Over the years, my cooking has been shared at family celebrations, community gatherings, holiday tables, and even backstage for touring musicians.
Whether I'm preparing a tray of eggplant parmigiana for a family dinner or feeding a larger event behind the scenes, my goal remains the same:
to give people a moment to slow down, enjoy the food, and simply be together.

Backstage hospitality for touring musicians is one of the many unexpected opportunities Aunt Toni's cooking has created over the years.
